Delta del Po

A morning walk in the Po di Volano State Nature Reserve, at the heart of the Po Delta Park. We’ll walk through the Lido di Volano pine forest, along the beach and the ‘scanno’ that encircles the river mouth, amongst fallow deer, tamarisk trees and salt marshes. A walk to observe how autumn and the weather transform the delta landscape, amidst fresh and salt water, biodiversity and environmental challenges.
